Gin Fizz

There are many interpretations to a Gin Fizz, but this is the one that warms the cockles of our hearts - iykyk. Made with the seasonal Lassie's Toast Gin, this Gin Fizz hits all the right notes - citrusy, bubbly an with a nice head of foam.

Base Spirit: Gin

Cocktail Strength: Light

Flavour Profile: Citrusy and Refreshing

Ingredients

  • Rock Rose Lassies Toast Gin - 60ml
  • Lemon Juice - 22.5ml
  • Rich Simple Syrup - 15ml
  • Aer - 5 drops
  • Soda water

Method

1) Add the Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and Aer foamer to a shaker
2) Fill the shaker with Ice
3) Shake hard until well-chilled
4) Strain and serve in a highball glass with ice
5) Pour Soda to top off the drink
