Shipping Policy
At Mamashop Inc., we do our best to ensure your orders reach you smoothly and on time. Please take note of the following shipping terms:
1. Delivery Eligibility
Alcohol deliveries can only be received by persons 18 years of age or older.
Our delivery team may request age verification (e.g., ID check) at random to confirm eligibility before handing over your order.
If the recipient is unable to provide proof of age when requested, the delivery will not be completed and additional charges may apply.
2. Delivery Coverage
We currently only ship within Singapore.
Orders placed from outside Singapore cannot be processed at this time.
3. Shipping Fees
Delivery fees range from $10 – $18, depending on the location of delivery in Singapore.
Free delivery is available for all orders above $150.
4. Delivery Restrictions
In line with the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act, alcohol cannot be delivered to public places after 10:30 PM.
Deliveries to private residences and other approved addresses will be scheduled within the permitted hours.
5. Processing & Delivery Time
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will always do our best to keep you updated.
6. Delivery Attempts & Unattended Orders
If no one is available to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the goods safely at your doorstep.
Mamashop Inc. will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage once the order has been delivered in this manner.
7. Undeliverable / Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be cancelled, and re-delivery fees may apply.
8. Damages or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Peak Periods & Public Holidays
During festive seasons and public holidays (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year), deliveries may take longer than usual.
We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.
