Conditions for Returns
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur during the shipping and handling of our products. In the following situations, we will accept returns:
- Seal Damage or Tampering: If, upon collection, you notice that the seal on any of the items in your order is damaged or tampered with, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a return process and investigate the issue to ensure the integrity of our products.
- Received Damaged Items: In the unfortunate event that your order arrives with damaged items, such as broken or cracked bottles or dented/leaking cans, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will require clear photographic evidence of the damage for our records. Once verified, we will provide you with a refund or send you a replacement for the damaged items.
