Barrel Aged Gin Old Fashioned

The Old Fashioned is the OG of cocktails — just whisky, sugar, bitters, and a twist. No frills, just bold flavour and timeless charm in every sip. Our version swaps out whisky for Barrel Aged Gin from Old Pilot's.

Ingredients:
60ml Barrel Aged Gin
10ml demarara syrup
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Method:
Muddle sugar with bitters and a dash of water in glass.
Add whiskey liqueur and large ice cube, stir well.

Garnish:
Orange twist and cocktail cherry
