Whisky Sour

Ah Ma's spin on a Whisky Sour - not quite the version that people will say "wah, not too sweet", but the version that will get non-whisky and whisky drinkers both going, "not bad leh!"

Base Spirit: Whisky

Cocktail Strength: Light

Flavour Profile: Sweet and Citrusy

Ingredients

  • Five Ways Whisky Liqueur - 60ml
  • Lemon Juice - 30ml
  • Rich Simple Syrup - 10ml
  • Aer - 5 drops

Method

1) Add the Whiskey Liqueur, lemon juice, simple syrup and Aer foamer to a shaker
2) Fill the shaker with Ice
3) Shake hard until well-chilled
4) Strain and serve in a rocks glass without ice
