Ah Ma's favourite type of Margarita - sweet, sour, salty and "just nice". This spin on a classic Margarita lets the Agave shine through and will have you going for seconds in seconds - okay maybe not that fast la but you get it.

Base Spirit: Tequila

Cocktail Strength: Medium

Flavour Profile: Sweet and Citrusy

Ingredients

Topanito Tequila Blanco (40%) - 60ml
Lime Juice - 30ml
Agave Syrup - 15ml
Saline - 3 drops

Method

1) Add Tequila, Lime Juice and Agave syrup to a shaker tin with ice
2) Shake until well chilled
3) Salt the rim of a Rocks glass
4) Strain and serve the cocktail in the Rocks glass with a lime wheel
