Negroni

A classic Negroni made the Ah Ma way - with the fantastic Old Pilot's London Dry Gin. Sweet, Bitter and every bit unctious.

Base Spirit: Gin

Cocktail Strength: Medium

Flavour Profile: Bitter and Sweet

Ingredients

  • Old Pilot's London Dry Gin - 30ml
  • Campari - 30ml
  • 1757 Rosso Vermouth - 30ml

Method

1) Add all 3 ingredients to a mixing glass, filled with ice
2) Stir constantly until well-chilled (glass would be frosted)
3) Strain and serve into a rocks glass with a large block of ice
4) Twist orange peel over top of glass
