Old Pilot's Barrel Aged Gin (700ml)

Old Pilot’s Barrel Aged Gin is an award-winning gin rested in first fill of Croatian and American oak barrels. Botanical ratios are slightly changed but it still use the 6 Croatian handpicked botanicals from Mediterranean and Continental parts of Croatia.

After distillation, the gin in rested in five different barrels. They differ by volume, type of oak, toasting/charring levels, preparation, with each giving its own signature and complexity to this exciting and mysterious spirit.
