1. General questions

"I've ordered already, how now?"

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm delivery.

"How come this Mamashop only has two products ah?"

We have carefully curated our offering to you and we are just getting started. We will be adding to our offering in the near future. If you want us to bring something in, let uncle know at


2. Payment

"Use what to pay ah?"

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We offer support for Paynow via Hitpay, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.


"What currency do I pay in?"

All transactions on are charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

If your credit or debit cards use another currency, then you will be charged in SGD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.


3. Delivery

"Uncle, delivery berapa?

Normal delivery starts from $10, depending on location.

Expedited delivery for orders above $120, is $22 per delivery.

Free delivery for orders above $250 - so buy more la!

"You deliver to JB or not?"

We currently only deliver to any addresses in Singapore.


"Delivery will take how long?"

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-3 days to process and have it delivered to your doorstep.


"Around what time will my order come?"

You can expect to receive your order from:

4pm - 8pm (Weekdays) 

10am - 3pm (Weekends)

We currently do not deliver on Public Holidays.

"If I order now, can send now"?

 We currently do not provide same day delivery, we may have it in the near future.


"If my order is delivered and I'm not home, how?"

 Our delivery partner will contact you once they arrive at your address, you may give the delivery partner instructions if you are not at home. 

If you are not home or uncontactable, the order will be placed at your doorstep.
Mamashop Inc. will not be liable once orders have been fulfilled. 

4. Returns

"Can return or exchange my purchase or not?"

 We do not accept returns or exchanges. Considering that these are consumable items, we cannot guarantee the condition of products after they have left the Mamashop.


5. Other questions

"Uncle, can come to your shop and buy or not?"

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name. We want you to purchase the good stuff from the comfort of your homes.
